GREAT THINGS HAPPEN WHEN WE WORK TOGETHER
Giving back to your community and to those in need is at the heart of what it means to be a Hellene.

DISCOVER YOUR GREEK HERITAGE
THROUGH VOLUNTEERISM
At Greek Roots, we are committed to helping Hellenic diaspora youth embrace their Greek heritage and gain a better understanding of their place in their communities and the world as Hellenes.
Our volunteer programs are youth-led and help young men and women of Hellenic descent connect with their Greek roots while developing leadership skills to feel empowered and perform at the highest levels.

SHOW US YOUR ΦΙΛΑΝΘΡΩΠΊΑ
Philanthropy, derived from the Greek word “Φιλανθρωπία”, means “love of humanity” and was an important part of ancient Greek culture.
If you are of Greek descent or have a fondness for Greece and Greek culture, and are between 15 and 29 years of age, you should sign up to become a Greek Roots volunteer. It’s free and will help you gain valuable experience.
