Preferred Format: High-resolution JPG or PNG (300 DPI)
Also Accepted: Print-ready PDF (PDF/X-1a or Press Quality, with embedded fonts and bleed)
Colour Mode: CMYK or RGB
Safe Zone: Keep all essential content at least 0.25" from trim edges

How to Submit

Please email your final ad files to admin@greekroots.org with your organization’s name and ad size in the file name (e.g., CompanyName_QuarterPage.png).

The deadline to allow time for your ad to appear in our final program is April 30, 2026.
