We welcome all youth aged 13-29 who espouse the values of Hellenism and/or are interested in learning more about Greece and Greek culture.

9th Annual Montreal Greek Film Festival
November 6-12, 2023
Greek roots is thrilled to support the 9th Annual Montreal Greek Film Festival, taking place November 6-12, 2023 at various cinema locations throughout Greater Montreal. Volunteers are needed to help with various tasks, including ticket sales and welcoming guests. Several shifts are available over this weeklong festival which begins on Monday, November 6, 2023.
Join us as we celebrate Greek film and connect with people who share your passion for Greek culture.
Volunteer Requirements
- No skills or previous experience are necessary.
- If you are under 18, your parent or guardian will be asked to submit a signed release form.
- Instructions and orientations will be provided closer to the event.
- You will be provided with clothing/markings to identify you as a volunteer.
- To get to the location, we encourage you to carpool or take public transportation
- Meals/snacks are not provided. Please bring a snack or plan to purchase a meal nearby.
- We will provide a volunteer confirmation following your service. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your confirmation.
