Volunteer to Support Pink in the City’s Magic of Hope Gala

Greek Roots is proud to once again support Pink in the City, and we are inviting our volunteers to be part of a very special community event this October.

Pink in the City is a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by breast cancer. For 20 years, it has brought together survivors, families, healthcare professionals, volunteers and community partners to raise funds and awareness while helping ensure that patients receive the care and support they need throughout their breast cancer journey.

This year’s Magic of Hope Gala on Friday, October 23, will celebrate Pink in the City’s 20th anniversary and two decades of compassion, community and hope.

Greek Roots volunteers will be helping both with preparations leading up to the gala and throughout the event itself. We can use all the help we can get, so we encourage you to consider any of the available shifts that work with your schedule.

This is much more than an opportunity to earn volunteer hours. It is an opportunity to stand alongside people in our community whose lives have been touched by breast cancer and to contribute, in a very practical way, to an organization providing hope, care and support to patients and their families.
