9th Annual Montreal Greek Film Festival
November 5-12, 2023
Greek roots is thrilled to support the 9th Annual Montreal Greek Film Festival, taking place November 5-12, 2023 at various cinema locations throughout Greater Montreal. Volunteers are needed to help with various tasks, including ticket sales and welcoming guests. Several shifts are available over this weeklong festival which begins on Sunday, November 5, 2023.
Join us as we celebrate Greek film and connect with people who share your passion for Greek culture. All volunteers are invited to watch the film following their shift.
MAGIC Mission
Montreal, November 2023
MAGIC Mission supports Greek institutions whose aim it is to help children, from babies to youth of up to 18 years of age. Their motto of “No child should be left hungry” is the driving force for a constant quest for humanity, love and solidarity with the children of Greece. MAGIC Mission has aided more than 45 charitable organizations in Greece, sending containers full of food, clothing, medication, toys, baby food and other items.
Join us this November as Greek Roots volunteers align with Magic Mission, in solidarity towards Greece.
